To a solution of 43 mg (0.10 mmol) [1-(3-chloro-phenyl)-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-yl]-(2,2-dimethyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methanone trifluoroacetate and 43 μL (0.25 mmol) DIPEA in 1.0 mL DMF was added 13 μL (0.10 mmol) 3-chloro-benzoyl chloride. The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 30 min and purified by HPLC.
