A mixture of 55 mg (0.15 mmol) (3,3-dimethyl-piperazin-1-yl)-(6-isopropyl-pyridin-2-yl)-methanone trifluoroacetate, 28 mg (0.15 mmol) 1-phenyl-1H-[1,2,4]-triazole-3-carboxylic acid, 52 mg (0.16 mmol) TBTU and 0.10 mL (0.61 mmol) DIPEA in 1.5 mL DMF was stirred at RT over the weekend. The reaction mixture was purified by HPLC.
