100 mg (3,5-bis-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-(1,2,4)triazol-1-yl)-acetic acid was dissolved in 2 mL DMF. 163 mg PFTU and 0.5 mL DIPEA were added to this solution and the mixture was stirred for 7 min at RT. Then, 88 mg 5-Methoxy-2-piperazin-1-yl-pyrimidine hydrochloride and 0.11 mL DIPEA dissolved in 1.5 mL DMF were added and the reaction was stirred 3 h at RT. Then, a saturated sodiumhydrogencarbonate solution and CH2Cl2 were added, the organic phase was separated and the solvent was removed. The residue was purified by HPLC and crystallized with diethylether to give 32 mg of the desired compound. Rt: 0.82 min (method E), (M+H)+: 492
