50 mg 2-(3,5-Bis-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-(1,2,4)triazol-1-yl)-1-(4-(6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-piperazin-1-yl)-ethanone and 3 mL ethane-1,2-diol were added to 10 mg potassiumcarbonate in 3 mL ethanol. The reaction was stirred 30 min at 150° C. under microwave conditions. The solvent was removed and the precipate was purified by HPLC to give 29 mg of the desired product. Rt: 1.87 min (method C), (M+H)+: 522
