A solution of EXAMPLE 43B (150 mg) in dichloromethane (10 mL) was treated with TFA (1 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at 30° C. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (100 mL), washed with saturated NaHCO3, brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The crude product was purified by flash chromotography (silica gel, dichloromethane/methanol=10/1).
