To a solution of 31.3 mg of 3-[(E)-2-(4-fluorophenyl)-vinyl]-4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-1H-indazol-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester obtained by Example 349 in 0.7 mL of tetrahydrofuran were added 0.3 mL of ethanol and 0.2 mL of 5N sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and stirred at 70° C. for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After cooling on ice, the solution was neutralized with 2N hydrochloric acid under ice cooling, and the precipitated crystals were collected by filtration, and dried under reduced pressure, to afford 25 mg of the title compound as yellow crude crystals.
