2,5-Bis(2-fluorophenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one [(Example 107, Step 1), 0.20 g, 0.73 mmol] and N,N-dimethylformamide dimethylacetal (0.12 mL, 0.88 mmol, 1.2 equiv) were combined in tetrahydrofuran (5 mL) and placed into a preheated oil bath at 65° C. for 1 hour. The mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and concentrated in vacuo, providing the titled compound.
