A solution of Example 40 (74.4 mg, 0.120 mmol) in CH3CN (0.9 mL) and 1 M HCl (0.9 mL) was heated at 60° C. for 5 h. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (500 mL), washed with satd NaHCO3 (3×150 mL) and brine (2×100 mL), dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and evaporated to dryness. The residue was lyophilized from CH3CN/H2O to the title compound as a white solid (70.2 mg, >99): ESI MS m/z 579 [C30H37F3N2O4S+H]+.
