The coupling of the product from Step 1, Example 5 (6-Chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-[6-methoxy-2-(4-methoxy-phenyl) -benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl]-methanone) and 1-(2-Aminoethyl)-piperidine was carried out as in Example 5, Step 2 to give the title compound.
