Following the general procedure of EXAMPLE 20 and making non-critical variations but starting with 1-benzyl-4-[N-methyl-N-(3-(2-methyl-1-propenyl)-2-pyridinyl)amino]piperidine (XXII, EXAMPLE 16, 0.27 g, 0.80 mmol), Pearlman's catalyst (0.1 g), CDI (0.26 g, 1.6 mmol) and pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (0.18 g, 1.6 mmol), the title compound is obtained, HRMS Calcd. for C20H28N4O=340.2263, found=340.2277.
