A solution of N-Hydroxy-4-morpholin-4-yl-1,2,5-oxadiazole-3-carboximidoyl chloride (40 mg, 0.17 mmol) and 3-bromo-4-fluoroaniline (49 mg, 0.26 mmol) in ethanol (1 mL) was treated with a solution of N,N-diisopropylethylamine (45 μL, 0.26 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 mL) and stirred for 62 h. The reaction mixture was purified by preparative HPLC to give the desired product (32 mg, 48%). LCMS for C13H14ClFN5O3 (M+H)+: m/z=386.0, 388.0.
