Procedure
A solution 4-amino-2-chloro-N-(1H-indazol-6-yl)-5-nitrobenzamide (1 mmol; see Example 157) in DMF (1 mL) was added with of 10% aqueous K2CO3 solution (0.25 mL). The mixture was then subjected to microwave at 80° C. for 60 min. The contents were cooled to RT and poured into ice-cold water (20 L). The solid formed was collected by filtration, washed with water, and dried in vacuo to provide 4-amino-2-dimethylamino-N-(1H-indazol-6-yl)-5-nitrobenzamide.
