Procedure

The titled compound was prepared as the trifluoroacetic acid salt according to Method CD using the product of Example 28B (88 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 3-ethynylaniline (Aldrich, 59 mg, 0.5 mmol). 1H NMR (300 MHz, MeOH-d4) δ 6.82-6.91 (m, 1H), 7.13-7.49 (m, 4H), 8.16 (dt, J=9.2, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 8.60 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1 H), 8.96 (s, 1H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 256 (M+H)+.
