Procedure
2-(6-Fluoro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid methylamide (26 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure F using 2-(6-fluoro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (34 mg), methylamine (0.2 ml, 2.0 M solution in THF), HBTU (38 mg), and DIEA (0.1 ml). LCMS: m/z 357. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): δ 8.31 (m, 1H), 7.93 (d, 1H), 7.63 (d, 2H), 7.50-7.42 (m, 1H), 7.38-7.28 (m, 1H), 7.12 (t, 2H), 3.60 (s, 3H), and 2.78 (d, 3H).
