A mixture of Example 6 (75 mg, 0.23 mmol), 2-bromo-5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole (42 mg, 0.23 mmol) and potassium carbonate (64 mg, 0.46 mmol) in DMF (7 mL) was heated to 150° C. for 10 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the residue was purified by prep HPLC to give the title compound (12 mg, 12%) as an off-white solid. δH (CDCl3) 1.14 (6H, s), 2.43 (2H, s), 2.67 (3H, s), 2.77 (2H, s), 4.09-4.15 (2H, m), 4.33-4.40 (2H, m), 6.96-7.06 (2H, m), 8.22-8.24 (1H, m). LCMS (ES+) 429 (M+H)+.
