2-Amino-9-(2-(tert-butyldimethylsilyloxy)ethyl)-9H-pyrido[2,3-b]indole-3-carboxamide (xxv-a) was prepared following the procedure detailed in the synthesis of 13 substituting (2-bromoethoxy)(tert-butyl)dimethylsilane for 2-bromopropane. The crude silane was used in the following step without further purification. NH4OAc QC conditions. M+H=385.
