Procedure
1-(4,4-Dimethylpentanoyl)-4-(4-cyanopyridin-2-yl)piperazine (2.91 g) obtained in Example 53 was dissolved in ethanol (20 mL), and hydroxyamine hydrochloride (2.16 g) and potassium carbonate (5.38 g) were added thereto and heated under reflux for 2 hours. Then, the solvent was evaporated away, and the resulting residue was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and saturated saline water, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated away to obtain 2.04 g of the entitled compound.
