Using N,N-dimethylformamide solution of ethyl-2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)ethylthiocarbamate 51.0 g (0.2 mol), lithium-t-butoxide 3.2 g (0.04 mol) and (R)-2-oxyranylmethoxy-tetrahydropyran 34.76 g (0.22 mol), the procedures as described in Example 1 were carried out to obtain the targeted product.
