Procedure
A solution of 0.4 g (2.06 mmol) of the amine obtained in Step B in 20 ml of anhydrous dichloromethane is cooled to 0° C. 1 ml (7.2 mmol) of triethylamine and also 0.38 g (3.6 mmol) of butyryl chloride are added in succession to the medium. After one hour of stirring s under argon, the reaction mixture is acidified with a 1N hydrochloric acid solution; the aqueous phase is then extracted with dichloromethane. The organic phase is dried over magnesium sulphate and then concentrated in vacuo. The title amide is obtained pure in the form of a white solid after passage over a silica column (eluant:petroleum ether/ethyl acetate 50/50).
