The compound 5 (4.0 g; purity: 96.9%) was dispersed in acetone (120 mL) and then p-toluenesulfonate monohydrate (2.16 g) was added thereto at room temperature. After stirring for 1 hour, the crystals deposited therefrom were filtered and washed with acetone (20 mL) to give 4.5 g (yield: 75%) of p-toluenesulfonate of the compound 5 in 99.1% purity.
