To a solution of [2-(4-acetamidophenylsulfanyl)-7-hydroxy-quinazolin-4-yl]-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine (32 mg, 7.87.10−5 mol) in DMF (1 mL) is added potassium carbonate (65 mg, 4.72.10−4 mol) and the reaction mixture is heated to 80° C. N-(3-chloropropyl)morpholine (39 mg, 2.36.10−4 mol) is then added, and the mixture is stirred at 80° C. for 4 hours, cooled to room temperature and the solvent is evaporated. The resulting residue is purified by flash chromatography to afford the desired [2-(4-acetamidophenylsulfanyl)-7-(3-morpholin-4-yl-propoxy)-quinazolin-4-yl]-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine.
