The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-ethoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained in Example (18a) (0.34 g, 1.37 mmol), 4-chloro-5-methyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained by the method described in Example (5c) (0.16 g, 0.91 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (1.18 g, 6.15 mmol) and DMAP (0.12 g, 0.94 mmol), to obtain 0.23 g of the title compound as a pale yellow solid (43%).
