The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-propoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained in Example (20a) (0.22 g, 0.85 mmol), 4-chloro-5-methyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained by the method described in Example (5c) (0.11 g, 0.64 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (0.63 g, 3.28 mmol) and DMAP (84 mg, 0.69 mmol), to obtain 0.15 g of the title compound as a pale yellow solid (60%).
