To a solution of 120 mg of the product of Step 3 in 10 mL of CH2Cl2 was added 150 mg of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride. After stirring for 30 min, the reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo and purified by silica gel chromatography eluted with 6:1 hexane/EtOAc to give 89 mg of the title compound.
