21.15 g (0.05 moles) of 2-chloro-4,6-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidylamino)-1,3,5-triazine (prepared according to example 2A), 8.45 g (0.025 moles) of 1,2-bis-(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidylamino)ethane, 2 g 0.05 of sodium hydroxide and 150 ml of xylene were boiled for 16 hours under stirring. After removing the reaction solvent, the residue was washed with water, dried at 100° C./l mm and crystallized from benzene.
