PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a solution of (1R,3S,4S)-3-[(benzyloxy)methyl]-4-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)-silyl]oxy}cyclopentanamine (486.5 mg, 0.001450 mol) and triethylamine (0.55 mL, 0.0040 mol) in THF (2.1 mL) was added 4,6-dichloro-N-[(1R,2S)-2-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]-1,3,5-triazin-2-amine (410 mg, 0.0013 mol) and the mixture was stirred for 2 hours. The reaction was concentrated and the residue was purified by flash chromatography (0 to 25% EtOAc/hexanes) to obtain 250 mg (31%) of the title compound. LC/MS: Rt=2.96 min, ES+ 610 (FA standard).
