N,N,N′,N′-Tetramethyl-O-(7-azabenzotriazol-1-yl)uronium hexafluorophosphate (26 mg, 0.070 mmol) was added to a solution of 2-amino-4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)quinazoline-7-carboxylic acid (10 mg, 0.03 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (1 mL) and N,N-diisopropylethylamine (12 uL, 0.070 mmol). The reaction was stirred for 10 min., and the (2S)-2-amino-3-biphenyl-4-yl-N,N-dimethylpropanamide (19 mg, 0.070 mmol) was added. The reaction was stirred for 2 h. at r.t., and was purified by RP-HPLC (pH=10) to afford the desired product (3 mg, 20%) as a white solid. Analytical LCMS (M+H)+: m/z=538.0.
