PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of 31 (3.18 g, 7.8 mmol), 3-acetylphenylboronic acid (1.6 g, 9.76 mmol, 1.25 equiv.), glyme (5 mL), bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) dichloride (25 mg) and sodium bicarbonate (2.1 g) in water (40 mL) was kept at reflux under nitrogen for 11 hr with additional palladium catalyst (2×30 mg) added after 3 and 7 hr. After cooling, the reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (200 mL) and washed with water (2×800 mL). The organic layer was dried over sodium sulfate and filtered. The solvent was removed in a rotary evaporator and the crude product was purified by chromatography on silica (120 g) with 2% ethyl acetate in heptane (4 L) to afford 32 (2.9 g, 100%).
