200 mg (0.730 mmol) 7-methoxy-3-piperidin-4-yl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-2-one, 240 mg (0.680 mmol) (4-benzyloxy-3,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-(6-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-methanone and 0.400 mL (2.30 mmol) DIPEA were combined in 2.0 mL DMF and stirred for 3 h at RT. The mixture was added to ice water, the precipitate was suction filtered and dried.
