Procedure

128 mg (0.27 mmol) of (2-{3-[3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-6-oxo-6H-pyridazin-1-ylmethyl]phenyl}pyrimidin-5-yloxy)acetyl chloride are dissolved in 10 ml of tetrahydrofuran, 1.35 ml of 2 Methylamine in tetrahydrofuran are added, and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 1 h in a sealed vessel at room temperature. Water is added to the reaction mixture, which is then filtered off with suction. The precipitate is washed with water, with methanol and with ether and dried.
