A mixture of 2-fluoro-5-(2-(4-oxo-5-(pyrimidin-5-ylmethyl)-1,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl)ethyl)benzonitrile (1.0 g, 2.68 mmol), 4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenol (0.633 g, 3.22 mmol) and K2CO3 (0.556 g, 4.03 mmol) in NMP (5 mL) was heated with a microwave reactor at 150° C. for 1.5 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound as a white solid (210 mg, 15% yield). LCMS: rt=1.65 min, [M+H+]=512
