The same procedure as E63 from 4-(chloromethyl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)-1-{[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]oxy}benzene (425 mg, 1.199 mmol), 5-{[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]methyl}-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (200 mg, 0.799 mmol) and DIPEA (0.279 mL, 1.598 mmol) in DCE (3.0 mL), except that the reaction time was prolonged to 1.5 h, to afford the title compound (20 mg, 4.40% yield).
