To the solution of 4-((6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)oxy)phenethyl carbamimidate, Trifluoroacetate (200 mg, 0.456 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (205 mg, 0.913 mmol) in NMP (3 mL) was added K2CO3 (252 mg, 1.825 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (14 mg, 6.14% yield). LCMS: rt=3.11 min, [M+H+]=500
