To the solution of 2-(4-{[6-(trifluoromethyl)-3-pyridinyl]oxy}phenyl)ethyl imidocarbamate (400 mg, 0.913 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (246 mg, 1.095 mmol) in NMP (3 mL) was added K2CO3 (505 mg, 3.65 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (44 mg, 9.65% yield). LCMS: rt=3.10 min, [M+H+]=500
