To the solution of 2-{4-[(4-chloro-3-methylphenyl)oxy]phenyl}ethyl imidocarbamate (100 mg, 0.239 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (64.4 mg, 0.287 mmol) in NMP (1 mL) was added K2CO3 (132 mg, 0.957 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (9 mg, 7.85% yield). LCMS: rt=3.54 min, [M+H+]=479
