To the solution of 2-{4-[(3-fluoro-4-methylphenyl)oxy]phenyl}ethyl imidocarbamate (100 mg, 0.347 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (93 mg, 0.416 mmol) in NMP (1.5 mL), was added K2CO3 (192 mg, 1.387 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 115° C. for 2 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (10 mg, 6.23% yield). LCMS: rt=3.30 min, [M+H+]=463
