To the solution of 2-{4-[(6-methyl-2-pyridinyl)oxy]phenyl}ethyl imidocarbamate (200 mg, 0.737 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)propanoate (174 mg, 0.885 mmol) in NMP (3 mL) was added K2CO3 (408 mg, 2.95 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 0.5 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (22 mg, 7.15% yield). LCMS: rt=2.38 min, [M+H+]=418
