To a solution of the above-prepared [2-(4-acetamido-phenyl-sulfanyl)-6-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-pyrimidin-4-yl]-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine (70 mg, 1.62.10−4 mol) in DMF (3 mL) is added potassium carbonate (134 mg, 9.71.10−4 mol). The reaction mixture is heated to 80° C. before 1-dimethylamino-3-chloropropane hydrochloride (77 mg, 4.86.10−4 mol) is added. The mixture is stirred at 80° C. for 4 hours, cooled to room temperature and the solvent is evaporated. The residue is purified by flash chromatography to afford the desired product {2-(4-acetamido-phenyl-sulfanyl)-6-[4-(3-dimethylamino-propoxy)-phenyl]-pyrimidin-4-yl}-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine.
