Intermediate 62 (0.19 g, 0.46 mmol) was dissolved in 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (5 ml) and the reaction mixture stirred overnight at 20° C. Concentration in vacuo afforded Intermediate 63 as a white solid (0.161 g). LCMS showed MH+=319; TRET=1.72 min.
