A solution of hydrogen chloride in dioxane (1 ml) was added to Intermediate 124 (0.052 g, 0.1 mmol) and the reaction mixture stirred at 20° C. for 2 hours. The solution was evaporated in vacuo to afford Intermediate 125 as a yellow solid (0.047 g). LCMS showed MH+=412; TRET=2.21 min.
