The title compound was prepared from [4-chloro-2-{3-[3-(2-cyano-pyridin-4-yl)-phenyl]-3-oxo-propionylamino}-5-(2,2,2-trifluoro-ethoxy)-phenyl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example M183) (239 mg, 0.406 mmol) by treatment with TFA in CH2Cl2 according to the general procedure N. Obtained as a yellow solid (120 mg, 63%).
