A solution of 40 (shown in the scheme 7, 100 mg, 0.26 mmol), N-Boc-N-methylethylenediamine hydrochloride (50 mg, 0.26 mmol) and Et3N (36 μL, 0.52 mmol) in DCM (2 mL) was stirred for 4 h at room temperature and diluted with EtOAc (10 mL). The combined mixture was washed with brine and phases were separated. The aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc, and the extract was combined with the organic phase, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to afford title compound 292 (119 mg, 96%, crude) as yellowish solid. MS (m/z): 477.1 (M+H) (found).
