The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step1 of Intermediate-59 by using 4-(5-isopropyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)benzonitrile (0.500 g, 2.34 mmol), 50% H2O2 (5.0 mL), K2CO3 (0.097 g, 0.070 mmol) to afford 0.250 g of desired product. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.3 (s, 3H), 1.35 (s, 3H), 3.33 (m, 1H), 7.56 (br s, 1H), 8.06 (s, 4H), 8.16 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 232.30 (M+H)+.
