In a similar fashion using route 14 general procedure 27, 4-fluoro-5-methyl-2-nitro-benzenesulfonyl chloride (Intermediate 452) (1.6 g, 6.3 mmol), 8-aminoquinoline (700 mg, 4.86 mmol), DMAP (cat.), pyridine (5 ml) and DCM (5 ml) gave the title compound (520 mg, 52%) after purification by column chromatography with DCM/MeOH (99:1) as the eluent.
