7-[(4′-Trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-2-carbonyl)-amino]-quinoline-3-carboxylic acid (50 mg, 0.11 mmol) was combined with 2-chlorobenzylamine (16 mg, 0.11 mmol), 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (26 mg, 0.14 mmol), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (17 mg, 0.13 mmol), and triethylamine (0.064 ml, 0.46 mmol) in 1 ml of dichloromethane. After stirring overnight at ambient temperature, the reaction mixture was concentrated, the residue was suspended in water, and the solid was collected by vacuum filtration to afford 48 mg of the title compound as a colorless solid.
