N-(2-(2,4-dimethylthiazol-5-yl)-4-oxo-4H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazin-8-yl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide 18 (100 mg, 0.26 mmol) was dissolved in 30 wt % solution of CH3NH2 in methanol (10 mL). The reaction mixture was heated at 80° C. for 12 h. The resulting precipitate was collected by filtration and rinsed with DME to give Compound 287 (32 mg, 31% yield). MS (ESI) calc. for C19H16F3N6O2S: 392.11. found: 393 [M+H].
