Combined 6-(4-(4-cyanophenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinic acid (200 mg, 0.654 mmol) and HATU (372 mg, 0.98 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) was added triethylamine (198 mg, 1.961 mmol). Then cyclobutylmethanamine (0.784 mmol) was added and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 4 h. The reaction mixture was purified by preparative HPLC to give the title compound as a solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 8.90 (s, 1H), 8.70-8.65 (m, 2H), 8.45-8.40 (m, 2H), 8.13 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 7.78 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 2H), 3.31 (m, 2H), 2.56-2.53 (m, 1H), 2.05-2.00 (m, 2H), 1.85-1.82 (m, 2H), 1.75-1.72 (m, 2H). MS m/Z [M+H]+ 374.1.
