A mixture of tert-butyl 3-((2-(1H-benzo[d][1,2,3]triazol-1-yloxy)-5-carbamoylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)methyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (118 mg, 0.260 mmol), 3′-amino-acetanilide (47 mg, 0.31 mmol) and pTsOH (57 mg, 0.30 mmol) in dioxane (2 mL) was stirred at 100 C for 18 h, during which time white solids precipitated out, which were collected and purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (69 mg). MS 470.6 (M+H); UV 202.2, 248.6 nm.
