A solution of tert-butyl 3-((2-(3-acetamidophenylamino)-5-carbamoylpyrimidin-4-ylamino)methyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (65 mg, 0.138 mmol) in TFA (1 mL) and CH2Cl2 (1 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. TFA and CH2Cl2 were removed in vacuo. The residue was purified by HPLC to give the titled compound (25 mg). MS 370.3 (M+H); UV 206.4, 244.2 nm.
