[{2-Chloro-4-[3-(4-chloro-phenylethynyl)-5-hydroxy-phenylsulfanyl]-phenoxy}-acetic acid ethyl ester (293 mg; 0.62 mmol) was dissolved in THF (15 mL) in a dried reaction flask under an atmosphere of nitrogen. 3-morpholin-4-yl-propan-1-ol (75 mg; 0.52 mmol) and tributylphosphine (0.23 mL; 0.93 mmol) was added followed by 1,1′-(Azodicarbonyl)dipiperidine (0.38 g; 1.5 mmol) dissolved in THF (10 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 16 h, filtered and evaporated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by prep. HPLC (method B). Yield: 200 mg. HPLC-MS: m/z: 600.4 (M+); Rt: 2.2 min.
